About GO

GO is Malta's incumbent with the island's largest fibre-to-the-home footprint, TV built into its Home Packs, and contract-free Flex mobile plans.

About Epic

Epic is the challenger — its fibre plans carry the most aggressive promos in Malta (typically 50% off the first year), home telephony is free, TV is a cheap add-on rather than a forced bundle, and its advertised mobile promo prices already include the €5/line discount for home-internet customers.

Frequently asked questions

Is Epic cheaper than GO for home internet?

On first-year cost Epic almost always wins because of its 50%-off promos. Over the full 24-month contract the gap narrows — which is why every table on this page ranks by true monthly cost over the whole contract, not the promo headline.

Is Epic's fibre available everywhere in Malta?

Epic's fibre footprint is growing but smaller than GO's, and its top 3000 Mbps tier is only available in selected areas. Check your address on Epic's site before planning around a specific speed.

Which has better mobile plans, GO or Epic?

GO's Flex plans win on flexibility (no contract), while Epic's promos tend to win on price — especially if you also take Epic home internet, since the €5/line discount is baked into its advertised prices. Compare live prices on our mobile page.

Can I take just internet from Epic without TV?

Yes — Epic sells internet-only plans and treats TV as an optional add-on (around €6.99/month for 40+ channels), unlike the pack-based approach GO and Melita lead with.
