Terms of use

1. What qabbel.mt is. qabbel.mt is a free, independent comparison and referral service for telecom and insurance products available in Malta. We are not a telecommunications provider, insurer, insurance intermediary or financial adviser, and we do not sell, arrange or advise on any product. Contracts are always concluded directly between you and the provider.

2. Accuracy of information. Plan details and prices are maintained editorially and each shows the date it was last verified. Providers change offers frequently; the provider’s own published terms always prevail over anything shown here. Verify the final price and terms with the provider before signing up.

3. Referrals and commissions. We may receive a commission when you click through to, or are quoted by, a provider. This never affects the price you pay or the ranking of results — see how we make money.

4. Insurance enquiries. Submitting an enquiry is not an application for insurance and creates no obligation on you or any insurer. Quotes, policy terms, underwriting decisions and any advice are the sole responsibility of the insurer that provides them.

5. Liability. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Maltese law, we accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on the comparisons, for provider conduct, or for losses arising from inaccuracies in third-party information.

6. Acceptable use. Automated scraping, misuse of the enquiry forms (including submitting third-party data without authority) and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, with the Maltese courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
