How we make money
qabbel.mt is completely free for you — no fees, no paywall, no “premium” tier. In a market as small as Malta, trust is everything, so here is exactly how the site is funded:
When you click through to a provider and sign up, some providers pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra — you pay the same price as going to them directly.
When you send an insurance enquiry, insurers on our panel may pay us for the introduction. Again: the quote you receive is the insurer’s own price, unaffected by our fee.
A provider can pay to be highlighted. Sponsored placements always carry a visible Sponsored badge and never change the ranking order.
What money can’t buy here
- A higher position in the comparison results — ranking is by price, speed or data, chosen by you.
- Removal of a competitor, or of any plan a provider would rather you didn’t see.
- Softer descriptions — highlights are editorial, and every price shows when it was last verified.
If a provider has no commercial deal with us, we list them anyway. A comparison site that hides two-thirds of the market isn’t a comparison site.
